The role
In this position you will be undertaking a caseload consisting of both Civil and Commercial Litigation. This practice shares fantastic connections with local SME's / regional companies, and they are looking for someone to come in and drive the department forwards. Examples of caseload may include commercial disputes, shareholder disagreements, boundary disputes and much more. You will be liaising with other departments in the firm who receive a high volume of referral work.
In this role you will be working directly alongside experienced solicitors, the managing partner and members of the support staff team giving you a breadth of knowledge and experience to work with.
Requirements
- You will have 5+ years in the Litigation Practice
- You will be driven, dynamic and you will have the ability to work both autonomously, and within in a team
- You will have an attentive nature, and you will have a proactive attitude.
- You will have track record in business development, and you will ideally be well connected in the Surrey region.
