The role


This is an exceptional opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join one of the regions fastest growing, dynamic legal 500 law firms based in Horsham, West Sussex


You work with the other partners to drive the department forwards. They support their clients out of their regional offices with a national presence.


The caseload will be broad but include; Professional negligence, Dilapidation claims, Contract disputes, Arbitration, Mediation, Landlord and tenant disputes, Break notices, Termination of leases and Possession.


The department is currently looking to grow given they are very busy.


Requirements

  • You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)
  • You will have technical knowledge
  • Experience of managing a team is of advantage but not necessarily essential
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Salary is very competitive, and above market rate, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
