COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS LAWYER, c. 5 YEARS' PQE
1 YEAR MATERNITY COVER, AUGUST 2019 START

We are working with a well-known retail brand, looking for a commercial contracts lawyer to join the Legal team of 4 for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave. You must be able to start ASAP in (August/September 2019). This role will suit a candidate with experience of drafting and negotiating supply and sourcing agreements, as well as matters relating to IP and trademarks, GDPR and privacy, and strategic projects across the business. Key relationships will include the Buying, Finance and Quality teams.We are looking for a candidate qualified in England & Wales (or other common law jurisdiction) with proven commercial contracts experience, who is able to foster strong relationships with stakeholders but also work autonomously when required.
