Commercial Property Solicitor, Oxford - Legal 500 recommended, national law firm requires an additional Commercial Property Solicitor for its expanding team

Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to add to their busy commercial property team. The role will involve the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor to advise on the broad spectrum of commercial property law including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and lease extensions. You will be handling a wide and varied caseload and working in close collaboration with a team of highly skilled individuals. The newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will maintain the firm's excellent reputation of providing a service of excellence to clients and building long term relationships, thus having a positive approach towards business development and marketing strategies.

You will have a strong technical grounding of the commercial property sector. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be a confident, driven, articulate individual with excellent communication and team working skills. You will look to develop new and existing relationships, promote the firms reputation and grow the business further.
