The team frequently advise clients including individuals and multi-national corporations on issues ranging from partnership disputes, contract disputes, financial/banking litigation, environmental matters and inquests/enquiries. Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Litigation Associate with at least 12 months experience, to join the team and gain further exposure to a broad spectrum of contentious matters.
The ideal individual will have trained with a recognised regional, city or national law firm and have completed at least one seat in dispute resolution. You will be able to demonstrate a solid academic profile, 2:1/ABB, and have gained at least 12 months of additional litigation experience within private practice. Regional ties to the Buckinghamshire region would be preferred although not essential.
We are seeking a commercially minded individual who has a genuine appetite for business development and marketing and will be happy to network and promote the wider department through seminars, talks and events. You will be confident, friendly and professional in your manner with excellent communication skills and good at prioritising deadlines. The firm regularly arrange social events and charity initiatives so any previous experience in organising such activities would be positive.
