Job Details
Title: Dispute Resolution - Insolvency Solicitor
Location: Guildford
Salary: Competitive Package
PQE: 2-4
I am working with a leading Legal 500 firm on their recruitment for a junior - mid level disputes solicitor with experience or an interest in insolvency work into their Guildford office. The team is highly regarded and handle contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for a range of clients including:
- Corporates
- Investors
- Financial institutions
- Creditors and other stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity as the caseload is unique and an excellent chance to develop your insolvency interest or background. The role will be varied, challenging and rewarding and you will be required to also assist on a wide range of commercial disputes and recoveries matters.
The successful individual will be confident with a litigation background and comfortable handling a wide variety of work. You will gain a lot of exposure working closely with key individuals as well as a fantastic remuneration package.
