Locum Planning Solicitor, 3 days per week, Derbyshire
A Planning Lawyer with expertise in Environmental matters is required for a locum assignment in the East Midlands.
My client is a local authority legal team in Derbyshire. The authority are seeking to add an Environmental Lawyer to their in house legal team on a part time locum basis. This is an on-going assignment with a minimum of 3 months guaranteed.
The role will involve providing legal advice and assistance on environment related matters, which may include highways, transport, town & country planning, countryside, public rights of way, unauthorised encampment, Town and Village Green and Commons matters.
