The Role

The firm are looking for a Commercial Solicitor 3 years+ to join their flourishing Uxbridge, London office.

The Commercial team combines business understanding with exceptional technical know-how to help clients achieve their business objectives.

They have particular expertise in technology-related issues including IT provision and online trading issues, intellectual property rights management, trading arrangements including joint ventures and partnering arrangements.

The Commercial team consists of two partners, three solicitors and a trainee, as well as being supported by a number of consultants.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership prospects for the future.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years experience
  • You will have a sound understanding of the demands and pressures of in-house legal teams and their business colleagues
  • An interest in how technology is shaping the delivery of legal services
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience
