The company has won numerous awards for its range of multichannel solutions; including a bespoke returns service: Boomerang™, which deals with the retail headache of returned goods and provides a service that can cope with evolving consumer habits; and more recently its new retail focussed Click & Collect solution.

A new in-house legal role has been created for an experienced lawyer with obvious business acumen, a corporate and/or commercial contracts background and the desire to develop their career as an in-house lawyer in Leeds.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will play a key part in a range of legal matters as the company continues to grow.

These will focus on a variety of commercial contracts which underpin the company’s range of services to retail customers. Where required, you are likely to assist with other more strategic corporate or company secretarial matters and help to keep the company compliant with a range of legislation in a fast-response sector.
