Global advertising brand seeks top-tier commercial lawyer to join their Soho office.

Responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts - especially in relation to marketing and advertising, IP, tech procurement and corporate.
• Providing legal, commercial and strategic advice on industry and technological developments, including GDPR and ePrivacy.

Requirements

The current legal team is top-tier and possess a wealth of in-house experience. As such, you will possess experience gained at a City law firm or well respected in-house team.

You will bring high energy and enthusiasm to the role, combined with strong business and commercial focus. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and will work well with autonomy and collaboratively.

You will be a problem solver - using your expertise, commercial acumen & common sense to find solutions to complex problems and ways forward for new projects.

You may well be a litigation specialist or corporate lawyer looking to transition into a more transactional commercial role in-house.
