The role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to join one of the regions fastest growing, dynamic law firms based in Brighton, Sussex.
The department deals with a broad range of work and client base across a growing number of industry sectors, this variety will make for an interesting caseload. They support their clients out of their national and international offices.
The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of commercial premises, commercial leases, landlord and tenant and development work.
Clients include mid-tier businesses (quoted and owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major national/international groups, and high net worth private clients.
Requirements
- You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)
- You will have technical knowledge
- Experience of managing a team is of advantage but not necessarily essential
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Salary is very competitive, and above market rate, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
