Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor 1+ - All Levels

The firm has a truly international profile and a long standing presence in the UK with one of their key distinctions being the quality of their insolvency and reorganisation practice.

This role sits within a well established team and carries a broad profile of work for a solid roster of clients on a range of global corporate restructuring work. 

On a daily basis you will work on global reorganisation projects which will require you to liaise with the global network of the firms' offices.

Strong technical experience is a must but it also needs to be coupled with a strong aptitude to be proactively involved in client relationships. 

Whilst the ideal is for someone to have a minimum of 1 year PQE within insolvency and/or restructuring, their is a willingness to be flexible provided you have credible and comparable corporate or commercial experience. Equally you will have the ambition to be actively involved in large scale global reorganisations. 

The investment is being made across a number of offices and across a number of levels so whilst there is a minimum level in terms of commercial transactional experience at the bottom end, their is additional appetite to recruit experience lawyers up to Senior Associate level.

The role can also be based in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham or London.
