Are you a 2- 3 PQE lawyer with solid IT/IP experience? Do you want to work within a leading payments fintech and deal with senior stakeholders as their trusted legal advisor?
I have just the role for you. I am working on a unique opportunity for a lawyer to join a leading payments company based in Paddington.
Who are you?
You will have 2-3 PQE and have trained within a recognised law firm. You will have solid commercial, IP and technology related experience and ideally have had some in-house experience. You will be tenacious, driven and ready to hit the ground running.
Whats the role?
My client is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the commercial team, specifically, the Innovation (IP/IT) team. Day to day legal work will include providing legal advice and support relating to matters such as client and supplier agreements, business innovation and digital product initiatives (such as mobile payments and data products), product development, licensing arrangements, the development of template contracts, and other general commercial matters. Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of contracts relating to the matters above as well as wider commercial work.
