ABOUT YOU
The firm is actively looking to recruit experienced transactional lawyers with 1-5PQE for its structured finance practice.
Ideally with experience in asset-backed or other secured lending (such as real estate finance or project finance) you will have experience of drafting and negotiating transactions.

Associates are encouraged to do client secondments both with leading investment banks, funds and private equity houses. There are also opportunities for associates to do secondments in other offices within the firm's network.
