An innovative and growing UK charity is seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join their legal team in their City of London head office.
You will be posses substantial commercial, charity law and governance experience gained either in a large in-house charity, third sector organisation's legal department, or well-respected law firm. You must have experience of managing a legal team. You will oversee complex projects, both domestically and internationally, and advise senior management. trustees, committees and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a someone looking to gain senior level responsibility and exposure to board level and strategic matters.
