Our client is a preeminent US firm in London that is keen to expand its IP & Technology practice.
This is an exciting time for an associate to join a team where they can gain exposure to some of the largest and most complex matters in the market. As the firm promotes regular client interaction, this is an ideal environment to further bolster an associate’s professional and business development potential. Furthermore, the firm pays salaries that are pegged to the US scale, which results in some of the highest figures on the market.
The role particularly focusses on IT and cybersecurity work. The team advises a diverse range of international clients on technology projects, including outsourcing deals, licensing arrangements and cloud contracts and other matters relating to emerging issues such as fintech, artificial intelligence and blockchain.
The successful candidate will have between 2 and 4 years of PQE, with prior TMT or similar experience gained at a leading international firm in London. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, showing familiarity with IT, coded classes or cyber security.
