Employment Lawyer - 12-14 month contract period

A public body in Oxfordshire is seeking an employment lawyer (solicitor/ Barrister/ Legal Executive) to support their wide ranging requirements. You will need at least 2 years experience to be able to conduct the role to the appropriate standard. You will also be available to start work in August.
The role itself consists of:
- Employment law for employees
- Assistance to nationally regulated service personnel
- Preparation for tribunal work although mostly outsourced
- Dealing with discrimination claims
- Unfair dismissals
- General advisory work to line managers and HR staff
