This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial & Data Senior Associate to work within one of the most respected Commercial practices. You will within a market leading Top 20 firm, who work largely with FTSE 100 clients. The commercial department are exposed to a broad range of matters allowing you to work on the most interesting work.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial & Data Senior Associate (5+ years) to join this highly regarded City of London practice.

You will work on of the strongest commercial team's in the UK, in the past 3 years alone the team have advised on large scale outsourcing agreements with a combined value in excess of £4 billion. Working largely with FTSE 100 clients, you will work with the most prolific clients.

You will have a strong exposure to commercial contracts, outsourcing, distribution and procurement; technology contracts including software licenses, development and system implementations, actin for suppliers and users; telecoms contracts, E-Commerce, Data protection, Gaming and corporate suppurate on due diligence.

The commercial department supports other teams as well, due to the large competition, corporate, Intellectual Property and employment departments.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial and Data Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (There is no upper limit on experience)
  • You would of worked in international or large national practices
  • Excellent attention to detail
