The team:

Our outsourcing team works closely with clients on transformational IT projects and reshaping the way in which clients will operate in the future.

The length and complexity of the transactions means our outsourcing lawyers are accustomed to working as part of the client team where needed in the outsourcing practice. Our experience of working for both users and vendors gives us a unique understanding of the pressures faced by clients on both sides of the table. We commonly participate in the competitive tendering process and ‘see the deal through’, from conception to contract signature covering the entire lifecycle of an outsourcing project.

We can offer you a varied workload work with the opportunity to add value to clients working on large complex IT transactions for blue chip corporations and institutions.

Our outsourcing clients include the likes of Thomson Reuters // Cobham PLC // BHP Billiton PLC // VISA // Inchcape PLC // Coca-Cola HBC Exeter Friendly Society // Welsh Water. 

You will ideally have experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines in assisting outsourcing clients with their:

•Transition planning

•Statements of work

•Change management

•Pricing, benchmarking and funding mechanisms

Incentivisation measurement levels

•Governance and QM requirements

•GDR compliance

•Business continuity planning

•Termination and exit planning.

Requirements We look for individuals who have developed themselves and their capabilities, coupled with strong commercial and legal potential. You will have recent and relevant work experience focused on outsourcing transactions.

You will be a strong team player, able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and be self-motivated. We are committed to finding the right person for this role and are open to discussing flexible working patterns.
