You should have an outstanding academic background be NQ-1 PQE in a top international or US law firm working as a Corporate Tax Solicitor. The team at this heavyweight US law firm works on all aspects of domestic and international tax planning, with a particular focus on transatlantic transactions.

As a Tax Solicitor, you'll be given the opportunity to work on all tax aspects of M&A and private equity transactions, capital markets offerings and finance transactions. You'll have proven experience of drafting and negotiating the tax aspects of share sale agreements, tax deeds and the tax aspects of the sale and acquisition of businesses.
