This growing business are looking for a General Counsel. This is an outstanding opportunity, you will be based in the City of London.
This company are an alternative investment specialist and have a far reaching influence over over 30 countries.
You will handle a wide range of investment programs focusing on private markets, liquid alternatives and multi-asset class solutions. Headquartered in Switzerland, the firm has offices in 10 different countries.
The Role
This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor with 6 + years PQE to become a General Counel.
Being part of the wider group and be a key member of legal strategic group committees. You will Assist the deal team in draft and negotiate Private Debt transactions (unitranche, mezzanine and equity co-investments in LBO transactions) on a pan-European basis, including restructurings and waivers. You will manage outside counsel across all European Private Debt transactions; and work closely with the fund legal structuring team in connection with the Private Debt funds.
You will be based in London, the desided candidate will be fluent (both spoken and written) in French and English.
The Requirements
- You will have between 6-8 years experience
- You will have experience of private debt transactions
- Excellent language skills in French and English
This is a great role for a Private Debt/ Capital Markets Solicitor wih at leats 6 years' PQE to become a General Counsel and will be based in the City of London.
