We are working with one of the biggest brands in publishing and entertainment, recruiting a new lawyer into their Legal Business Affairs team.The remit is broad and will cover a varied range of corporate transactional, advisory and commercial contracts related work. If you have experience in MA, commercial IP (eg. media, copyrightsponsorshipevents) and digital matters we would love to hear from you. You may come from private practice, another inhouse team or may be a parent returning to work after a break! We are looking for a proactive, flexible and robust lawyer with a corporatecommercial generalist background who can and wants to turn their hand to anything. The remuneration and development prospects for this role are excellent!
