Job Details
A respected City law firm are seeking a Corporate lawyer between the 1 to 5 PQE to join their well-regarded Corporate team in London. The firm can offer high quality City work, a large degree of client exposure and a close-knit and collegiate environment.
The successful candidate will assist on a range of matters including M&A transactions, shareholder agreements and general sports work. The firm's client base consists mostly of technology companies.
The new joiner will have a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience within either a recognised City or Regional Corporate practice. Prior experience on advising on AIM would also be advantageous.
