Securitisation PSL, 3 days per week

We have been instructed on an urgent requirement with one of the World's elite full service law firms looking to recruit a Securitisation Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to cover a maternity leave for 12 months, 3 days per week, starting ASAP.

Sitting with the global securitisation practice and its global derivatives & structured products practice, the successful candidate will drive the creation and dissemination of appropriate knowhow products reflecting key legal and market developments, and deliver, develop and enhance the knowledge function in line with the firm's goals, as well as:

• Deliver and contribute to training sessions in the training programmes for Global Transactions (including specialist securitisation or derivatives training) and, where appropriate, other practice groups.
• Propose topics for inclusion in the training programme.
• Preparing client knowledge products, in each case demonstrating the team's leading edge technical capability and market awareness.
• Playing a key role in developing and, where appropriate, delivering, client training, with opportunity for the Knowledge Lawyer to build his/her own client relationships and promote the market leading position and technical expertise of the relevant practice areas.

PSL experience is desirable but not essential for this role.

You will be joining an established team of all levels from senior management to trainees and paralegals, and you will be reporting directly into the partner who is currently managing the knowledge management function.
