An excellent opportunity for a commercial litigation solicitor to join a leading national practice in their Legal 500 tier 1 ranked commercial litigation team in Birmingham.

Working on a broad spectrum of commercial litigation matters for UK based and international clients spanning various sectors including IT, retail, automotive, manufacturing, financial services, energy and technology.

The successful commercial litigation solicitor joining this team will undertake matters including:

- Contractual disputes.
- Misrepresentation.
- Defamation.
- Professional negligence.
- Freezing orders.
- Complex fraud.
- ADR.
- Mediation.
- Arbitration.

This position is ideally suited to experienced commercial litigation solicitors with a minimum of four years PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:

- A strong academic background.
- Training and experience in commercial litigation gained with a leading national or regional practice.
- A proven track record in commercial litigation and strong knowledge of the latest precedents and changes in the law.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- A strong teamwork ethic and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
