This an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Partner with a City firm in London.
Our client is a well-established law firm in the City of London with excellent reputation in a number of practice areas. The firm has expert practitioners in core areas of commercial and personal legal practice.
Currently the Corporate team focus on advising entrepreneurs and business in a variety of sectors on M&A, Joint Ventures, MBOs, Private Equity, Restructuring and Corporate Governance.
This role is for an existing Corporate partner with a proven track record and solid following.
However, there is open mindedness as to the exact shape of an incoming partner's practice.
