**INTERNATIONAL FIRM** Corporate/ECM Associate 2+PQE

A City-led International firm are looking to expand their Corporate practice with the hire of an associate with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience. The firm offer excellent career progression prospects, a diverse range of clients and high-end international work.

The team advise Corporates and Financial Institutions on IPOs, acquisitions, disposals and corporate finance transactions across a variety of different sectors ranging from Property to IP rich businesses. The new joiner will advise on ECM, M&A, reorganisations and general Corporate matters. Initially the successful candidate will independently manage their own caseload of smaller scale transactions and be expected to engage in business development activities.

The firm are looking for an experienced associate with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience within a respected regional, City or International Corporate practice. Experience of AIM would be highly advantageous but is not necessarily a pre-requisite to be considered for the position.
