Job Details
We have been instructed on new roles in London seeking Associates at all levels to work in their Structured Finance and Debt Capital Markets practices.
There is presently a high demand for structured finance, derivatives or broader DCM lawyers with at least 6 months of post-qualified experience to be recruited by top-tier and globally renowned firms in London.
Successful candidates will have high quality experience in relevant areas including structured products and derivatives, securitisation, bond issuances, and other debt instruments, gained from a leading and reputable international firm, including exposure to complex matters and a sophisticated client-base. Internationally qualified candidates are also invited to apply, provided they have gained experience at market-leading firms in their current jurisdiction.
Candidates will be given autonomy in managing transactions appropriate to their experience, together with assistance available from experienced colleagues as required. It will be necessary for senior lawyers to provide guidance to junior associates working in the team and a solid commitment to organic growth means that there is ample opportunity for promotion to partnership in these practices.
