Job Details
Great new opportunity for a Banking PSL. If you are already a PSL, or an experienced banking lawyer looking to make the transition to a non fee earning role as a PSL, our client would like to hear from you.
You will be involved in the knowledge management of the Banking team, across their UK offices, keeping the Banking team on top of relevant legal and regulatory change; preparing and distributing reader-friendly and relevant internal and client alerts/bulletins/updates; organising know-how sharing, including authoring and collecting external and internal know-how, and arranging and leading know-how sharing sessions; organising the Banking team's legal training programme and deliver some of the substantive training sessions; and to develop and maintain an up-to-date and technically excellent collection of Banking precedent documents, following an assessment of fee earner needs.
You will need to be an well experienced banking lawyer, enjoy both the technical aspects of banking, as well as a good communicator, to enable you to update both internal teams and clients on current banking requirements and legislation. You will be joining a top tier firm, given full support and career development to transition across and working as a PSL.
