Job Details
A national firm with a strong City presence is looking for a Senior Associate/Managing Associate to join its Banking group in London. The ranked practice is part of a national team, providing expert advice to lender and borrower clients.
Candidates must be common-law qualified, with 5+ years of Banking and Finance experience gained at a City firm or leading national practice recognised for banking work. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate banking, leveraged finance, and private equity backed transactions, as well as knowledge of documenting and negotiating a range of corporate debt facilities for lenders and borrowers. This position would suit a candidate looking to progress their career in a high-performing team.
