Major US law firm seeks additional high calibre associates with 4+ years post-qualification experience to join their expanding banking & finance practice in Dubai.
Principally advising borrowers/lenders on all aspects of finance transactions, as well as the financing of domestic and cross-border acquisitions and general corporate lending, the small but busy team also represent clients with respect Islamic and conventional leveraged and structured finance, project and ECA-backed finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and restructurings & workouts.
Applicants must have excellent academics, top-tier law firm experience and a commitment to developing their career in Dubai long-term.
