Senior Dispute Resolution Associate - Jersey

This highly rated offshore law firm provides the full range of legal services to a plethora of global corporations and financial institutions, investment fund managers and financial services businesses. Internationally recognised as possessing a strong offshore insolvency, restructuring and dispute resolution ("IDR") practice, it is now looking to further expand its International Dispute Resolution team in Jersey by recruiting a Senior Associate to assist on a diverse spectrum of x-border issues.

Ambitious, hard-working and a solid team player, the successful applicant will be E&W or Jersey qualified and have a bare minimum of 5 years post qualified experience in trusts and commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring related work from a well-regarded firm (onshore or offshore). Comfortable in a marketing/BD context you will also possess excellent communication skills, first class drafting ability and experience in the preparation of court documents.
