Job Details
Our client is a leading international firm and has a strong international presence in the South-East Asia region – an opportunity has arisen for Singapore, UK or other common law-qualified Corporate NQs to join the market-leading team.
The team advises clients on numerous high-profile and complex transactions, notably with respect to mergers & acquisitions. In addition to M&A matters, the diversity and scope of work on offer allows the team to also act for clients in other facets of the corporate umbrella, including private equity and joint ventures. The client-base reflects the international reach of the firm, as clients in this sector include private equity firms, MNCs and a range of financial institutions.
The successful candidate will have prior Corporate experience gained at a leading local or international firm in their respective jurisdiction. This role serves as an excellent opportunity for a candidate to assume some of the most valuable, cross-border work in South-East Asia and to regularly work with a client-base that will help to boost professional progression.
