Residential Development Solicitor
London
Our client, a Top 100 City law firm is seeking a residential development solicitor as soon as possible for 3-6 months.
Acting for high profile house builder clients, sought is an experienced solicitor with the capability to deal with a range of development work, including site sales and purchases, simultaneous sub sales property, dealing with CLLS Certificates of Titles, dealing with property aspects of funding arrangements. The work frequently involves complex sites where the need for a high level of knowledge and experience is required to advise on and draft the required documents and agreements.
The successful residential development solicitor is likely to have upwards for 5+ PQE with relevant extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of real estate work gained at a Legal 500 firm. Experience in dealing with affordable housing and/or landlord and tenant work would be a distinct advantage.
