An opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Real Estate Associate to join an international law firm at their Bahrain office. Needless to mention, a role of this magnitude offers an outstanding salary and benefit package.

My client is a law firm with an excellent reputation for providing top of the line legal service and with offices spanning across the Middle East, the firm has a dominant presence in the legal market. The firm is now looking for the right individual who can hit the ground running and make most of an opportunity to further establish themselves in the region.

The firm is looking for a highly experienced Real Estate Associate, ideally you will have a client following, have excellent BD skills and would have gained this experience working for an international law firm. The role will require many duties such as working with the real estate regulatory authorities, working with large developers regarding leases/licenses; you will have excellent experience in real estate finance, development and infrastructure, property investment and management. This is a senior role and therefore you will have excellent BD skills and be able to bring in new business within the region.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic background, ideally have experience working for an international law firm and candidate with experience in the region (Bahrain in particular) will have an advantage.
