The leading M&A insurance practice in Europe is looking to appoint a Senior Corporate or Private Equity M&A Lawyer in London to focus on structuring and placing risks for premium mergers and acquisitions deals across Europe.

The business has a first-class reputation of advising a private equity, venture capital, funds and corporate acquirers on insuring high value M&A deals and is comprised of former top-tier Corporate M&A and Private Equity Attorneys that have moved into insurance broking.

You will have first class M&A experience gained from a top-tier M&A practice and be confident in your technical and commercial ability. The appointment offers Lawyers the opportunity to move into a commercial role yet still draw upon their technical M&A and legal skillset.

The role is a 12 months contract which is highly likely to return in a permanent contract.
