Family Matrimonial Partner

We are working closely with a highly rated domestic and international law firm based in London, seeking to bring in an experienced UK qualified Family/Matrimonial partner.

Sitting within the firm’s extensive private wealth group, the family and matrimonial practice forms an important part of the firm’s private client offering,  This is essential in order to accommodate an array of clients ranging from HNW individuals, numerous high earning entrepreneurs and professionals across a breadth of sectors, a raft of clients in the arts and sports world, together with beneficiaries of on and off shore trusts.

The department advises on all aspects of family law including pre and post nuptial agreements, preemptive measures, divorce and relationship breakdown and all issues arising therefrom including domestic and non-domestic financial and custody issues relating to children, financial settlements and  the many facets thereof.

You’ll be a partner already having gained extensive experience at another highly rated practice, ideally a trained collaborative lawyer, an experienced negotiator and a member of resolution.  Seeking to realise your own ambitions and goals, you’ll be ready to migrate your own successful practice and play a significant role in servicing the firm’s own regular source of clients.
