Job Details
Our client, a global power company, has an exceptional opportunity for a mid to senior transactional renewables lawyer to join their Dubai legal team. You will be working with an exisiting team of lawyers support other areas of the business, reporting to their international counsel based in Europe.
You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts for wind and solar projects in the MENA region and providing legal support on bids and tender processes. You will also be responsible for negotiating joint venture and partnership agreements.
The right candidate for this role will:
- have 5-8 PQE as a legal counsel or lawyer in an international firm based in the UAE
- have experience advising on international projects and large scale corporate matters
