Job Details
Our client, a market leading European organisation, is looking to recruit an interim commercial lawyer to join it's in house legal team.
Applications are sought from experienced in house lawyers who can demonstrate a solid commercial law background and who have very strong commercial acumen. Experience of working in TMT, Commercial or Corporate Divisions of leading law firms, or in-house experience at a technology focused organisation would also be preferred.
The role will include advising business stakeholders on general legal and governance matters, providing legal advice on large business transactions, significant commercial contract negotiation and identifying risks and mitigation. In addition, you will need to manage key stakeholder relationships and instruct and manage external counsel.
Starting at short notice, the role is expected to run for 3 to 6 months and has the potential to be extended further.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward thinking organisation on an interim basis.
