THE FIRM
Our client is an international heavyweight.
THE ROLE
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate with at least 6pqe to join their IP team.
The role will be split between 3 areas;
- Data protection
- IP Advisory - trademarks, copyright
- Transactional IP - M&A support - software, licensing, commercial contracts.
You will be the lead in these particular areas but will have the support of two Partners currently in this team. There are also a number of juniors in this team to assist the successful candidate.
You will work with fantastic clients in this area within leisure, luxury goods, fashion, food as well as other areas.
THE CANDIDATE
With strong academics, you will be a Senior Associate with extensive experience in data protection and intellectual property acquired at a top city law firm.
You will be a candidate with drive and ambition looking to join an exciting team with exposure to fantastic work and clients with excellent responsibility.
