Job Details
Our client is a renowned firm in Singapore that is looking to welcome Singapore qualified associates with transactional experience, ideally in the form of corporate real estate or real estate finance experience, to join the practice.
While the role is fairly broad in terms of associates advising on a range of transactional matters, there is an emphasis on real estate financing and commercial leasing transactions in particular.
Associates benefit from working across multiple transactional departments in the firm, and are therefore in contact with an expansive client base that is most suitable for a candidate’s professional development. The clients range from entrepreneurs, investors, and landowners, to banks, borrowers and developers.
The successful candidate will have between 2 and 4 years of PQE, with the necessary transactional experience gained at a highly-regarded firm in Singapore, whether local or international.
