Paralegal

LAW Absolute is working with an innovative asset manager who are seeking a commercial Paralegal to join their team on a permanent and part-time basis (three days a week).

Working closely with the Head of Legal as well as the wider business including the founders you will have the opportunity to undertake a broad variety of work which is fundamental to the success and growth of the business.

To be considered for the role you should have experience in advising, negotiating and reviewing on a broad range of contracts. You will also support the business on transactional work, regulatory matters as well as fund related work.

The role will suit a Paralegal experienced in commercial contracts who enjoys working in an autonomous and fast paced environment.
