We are working with a prestigious US firm that is looking to add entrepreneurial lawyers to its nascent Corporate practice in London.

The firm has a large and established presence in the US, and although they are one of the newer US firms to move into the London market, they have developed a strong practice and are now looking to grow their Corporate team.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience from a leading US or UK firm.  The role will include advising on high profile deals involving private equity and mergers and acquisitions so candidates should have exposure to both types of transactions, and those with emerging markets experience are highly desired for this role.

There will be high levels of responsibility in this position, particularly at the senior level, so candidates should be confident in managing clients, and acting autonomously on matters, although the partners will be available for guidance and direction as required.
