This excellent National Law firm is looking to add a junior Corporate lawyer to its illustrious team recognised in Legal Directories for its standout work.
The Partners leading the Corporate team are ex-leading US and UK international lawyers who bring with them a wealth of expertise in M&A, Capital Markets and AIM listed transactions, along with blue chip clients and thus exceptional work streams.
The incoming associate will be rubbing shoulders with a talented array of lawyers who have big ambitions within a firm that is dedicated to associate well-being and performance-based recognition.
The successful candidate will be working on dynamic, interesting and newsworthy work in a collegiate team that invests into the future of its juniors and supports them with internal mentorship and support as they move towards senior status.
The Corporate team frequently wins mandates to work on highly sought-after M&A, AIM listed transactions, Capital Markets and Private Equity work and the team continues to grow with strategic hires and boasts an environment that respects a fantastic work/life balance.
The incoming candidate will be given more responsibility than they might find at an international firm whilst working in a high calibre environment that operates more along the lines of an in-house role where evenings and weekends are respected.
