This client focuses on making a positive contribution to the UK and other countries this organisation works closely with. They have a large global network and they work closely as a group to continue to make positive changes and contributions.

This client is currently looking for a qualified Lawyer, to join this high-profile client's London office. They have a smaller team feel at present and they are now looking for a Lawyer who has obtained a broad range of general commercial and corporate work. Previous exposure to IT, IP or Data Protection matters would also be beneficial.

Exposure to international and cross-border transactions would be of interest and previous in-house experience with a charity would be very desirable.

This client is looking for a personable and driven Lawyer, who is keen to be a part of an organisation who strives to make a difference. There is a very broad scope of work on offer, so they are looking for someone who is comfortable with a varied workload. As they have a smaller team feel in the London office, they are looking for a personable Associate who works well within the team dynamic.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

• Post qualification experience in Corporate and Commercial matters
• 0-5 years post qualification experience
• Previous in-house or charities experience
