Corporate Associate (1-4 PQE) – Move to an Entrepreneurial Venture Capital Focussed London Firm

This firm is an outstanding tech centric organisation that offers a unique Corporate twist to its work.

The Corporate team caters to seed investments and entrepreneurial outfits who have a technology and innovative rich slant wanting to initiate growth through-out Europe, North America and Asia.

The successful candidate will not be pigeonholed into generic M&A Corporate work, but rather will be dealing directly with clients launching state-of-the-art products looking to leverage off their intellectual property within the technology sector. 

An associate joining this team will be working closely on domestic and international company expansions, advising on financing matters, assessing risks and reviewing IP matters: effectively working as in-house counsel for elite venture capitalists and entrepreneurs, whilst benefitting from the exceptional support and environment of a leading law firm, which is making its mark as a leading IP and tech sector law firm specialist.

Applications are welcome from excellent associates with Corporate experience from leading international law firms interested in something a bit different.
