Junior to Mid-level associate with between 2-5 years of US capital markets experience sought by the Singapore office of this premier US law firm. Their practice focuses primarily on cross-border debt & equity securities offerings for clients located in the Asia-Pacific region, while team has also participated in numerous mergers, acquisitions and investments for clients that include a range of investment banks, private equity firms, governments and government-related companies and private companies.

Possessing a big firm pedigree and strong JD, you will have developed considerable expertise in relation to a mix of sophisticated DCM & ECM transactions, representing issuers and underwriters in Rule 144A/Regulation S/private placement/U.S. registered cross-border equity financings.  No specific Asian languages or regional exposure required (though beneficial) and the firm will relocate overseas applicants.
