THE ROLE

A Head of Property Disputes is now sought to lead a team which offers specialist, practical and commercial advice on all problems associated with land and property.

Clients include property management companies, landlords and tenants as well as individuals with niche investment portfolios.

They include household names in the retail sector, developers, local authorities, social housing providers and other public bodies.

ABOUT YOU

As Head of Property Disputes you will provide practical advice on all aspects of commercial and residential contentious property matters and take the lead on business development to grow this key practice area and drive the team's success.

Your expertise will include all aspects of commercial and residential property disputes work including:

Dilapidations claims;

Disputes over breaches of covenant including forfeiture/relief applications;

Injunctions

Boundary disputes and disputes over easements, breaches of covenant, trespass, nuisance, adverse possession.

Able to work independently, you will take the lead on fee earning, team management and business development.
