A leading International law firm are keen to hire a mid-level associate between the 2-6PQE level to join their growing team in London. In return, the firm can offer a competitive remuneration package, a focus on cross-broader transactions and excellent training and support.

The firm's high-end client base operate in a variety of sectors including the life sciences, TMT, energy and real estate markets. The practice can offer a broad diet of work with the successful candidate advising on M&A, private equity and joint venture transactions. The work is high-value and often high-profile frequently involving a cross-border element.

The new joiner will hold an excellent academic record and a minimum of two years post-qualification experience. The successful candidate will likely have trained at a highly regarded City, International or US firm and gained proceeding post-qualification experience in a similar environment. Additional experience of private equity work would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite to be considered for the role.
