Corporate Commercial Solicitor
QED Legal are working with a leading Essex practice who are looking to hire a Corporate Commercial Solicitor due to an influx of work.
In this role, the Corporate Commercial Solicitor will independently manage a varied caseload of corporate and commercial legal matters including joint ventures, re-organisations, commercial contracts and M&A.
Applications are invited from candidates with 1-3 years PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a leading practice.

Salary is competitive and based on your level of experience
